I came home late from work and noticed I had zero hot water !!! Oh boy so I went and check sure enough my 21 year old hot water heater kicked the bucket! I was recommended Pat’s Plumbing from my hairstylist (they know EVERYTHING). I called 1st thing in the morning and out came Julio. He was fantastic ! Everyone was great from office to installers! I had hot water by the end of the day !! Thank you to everyone at Pat’s Plumbing for your quick and efficient service !!

Just had a new line from meter to house done and I am so impressed. It went much quicker than I thought, and Jessi and Luaiva are so skilled and efficient. No more leak! Spencer and Garrett are the best. Both have been to my house and fixed a leaking faucet. They showed up on time and fixed the problem quickly and very affordable. I'll never call another plumber.

Best experience I've ever had with a plumber. Julio and Jonathan came out and scoped our sewer line, identified the issue and sorted it out all in the same day. They were straight forward, considerate, and easy to work with. Communication was great from the start and easy! Seriously could not be happier. I know who I will be calling in the future for all my plumbing needs!

We had Pat's Plumbing out to our house to fix a leaking water line that runs along our garage wall to a spigot by the garage door. The technician looked at it and said he knew exactly what needed to be done. It then took him roughly a half hour to right up the estimate. That seemed excessive considering he knew was what to be done. He then proceeded to cut into our dry wall near the leak only to discover he had completely misjudged how far up the wall he needed to cut. He failed to notice that the driveway slopes away from the garage door so his measurements were off. Now, he's cutting an even bigger section of our wall away to get access to the pipe. When he finished we got billed for $650.40 and left with an extra-large hole in our dry wall. A hole that someone else will have to fix. I do not remember the technicians name, but he was an older man who had an apprentice or new hire with him. We've had much better experiences with this company in the past, but this one was pretty bad. The length of time it took to do the job plus the damage to the wall is very frustrating. The "Oops, sorry, but I'm not going to compensate you for my mistake" attitude didn't help either. As I said at the top this event happened back in May and I'm just now getting the time to write the review. Pay attention to the technicians that come to your house because they are certainly not all at the same skill or common sense level

I had a great experience with Pat's Plumbing. Julio was great to work with. He came out and quoted me for a main water line repair. It was 4 feet underground, but he found the leak fairly easily and repaired it in a few hours. Their quote for repair was in line with other companies, but Pat's quote for a full replacement was 40% less than most companies. Luckily I just needed a repair, and not a replacement. Julio filled in the large hole and put the grass back as best he could. It looks pretty darn good for how invasive the repair was. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking to repair a main water leak.

My wife and I recently had a new tankless hot water heater installed by Jesse Dunbar and his apprentice from Pat's Plumbing. Wow! what a great team. 5-star service from start to finish.
